-Assist in preparing and filing legal documents, contracts, and other paperwork.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal records and databases.
-Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the legal team.
-Handle legal correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and notices.
-Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.
-Manage and organize legal files, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
-Communicate with external parties, including law firms, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
-Support the legal team in contract management, litigation, and compliance matters.
-Monitor legal deadlines and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
-Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
-At least 1-2 years of experience in legal administration or a related field.
-Knowledge of legal terminology, processes, and procedures is a plus.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
-Fluency in English (Khmer language skills are a plus).
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
