1. Executive Support
• Provide direct administrative support to the Chairman.
• Arrange meetings, appointments, reminders, and daily schedules.
• Prepare and organize documents for internal and external use.
• Manage confidential information with discretion.
2. Translation & Communication
• Translate documents between English and Khmer.
• Communicate with internal staff, business partners, clients, and service providers on behalf of the Chairman.
• Draft emails, letters, and company documents in both languages.
3. Company Documentation
• Prepare, update, and maintain documents for all subsidiary companies.
• Draft and manage contracts, stock agreements, and client agreements (English & Khmer).
• Create and update company profiles, activity reports, and website content.
• Secure and organize all legal documents of each company.
4. Client & Partner Coordination
• Contact clients for pending or upcoming payments.
• Track client stock levels and assist with re-order arrangements.
• Coordinate events, meetings, and overseas trips for company clients.
5. Company Operations Support
• Update all subsidiaries about work tasks and collect responses.
• Keep financial and activity records up to date (in coordination with the accountant).
• Provide daily updates to the Chairman on urgent matters.
6. Other Tasks
• Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Chairman as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, English, or related fields.
- Strong command of English and Khmer (written & spoken).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in administration or executive assistant roles.
- Experience in document drafting and translation.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or coordination with accountants.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: USD 600–700, based on experience and skills.
- Holidays: Based on the official Cambodia Public Holiday Calendar.
- Bonus: Performance-based bonus will be provided according to company evaluation and achievements.
