-Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
-Present and promote outdoor toothpaste products to retailers and customers.
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
-Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence.
-Ensure product availability and visibility in stores through regular visits and merchandising.
-Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries.
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress.
-Proven sales experience, preferably in FMCG, outdoor products, or related industries.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
-Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
-Knowledge of the Phnom Penh market and customer preferences is a plus.
-Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client locations.
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
