-Manage and grow sales within a specific geographic area in Phnom Penh.
-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
-Build strong, lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
-Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
-Provide regular market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
-Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns in a timely manner.
-Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales or regional sales management.
-Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Language: Fluency in Khmer; English proficiency is a plus.
-Sales Focus: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Personality: Self-starter, goal-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach.
-Knowledge: Solid understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
-License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Phnom Penh.
-Education: Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
