-Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the logistics market.
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
-Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
-Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
-Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to the sales team.
-Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and expand the network.
Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
Strong understanding of logistics services, including freight, transportation, and warehousing.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Leadership experience and ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
Fluency in English and Khmer (both spoken and written) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
