-Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, etc.).
-Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
-Create engaging content for social media platforms and websites to drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
-Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling advertisements and digital assets.
-Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
-Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and improve marketing strategies.
-Stay updated with digital marketing trends, new tools, and industry best practices.
-Report on campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
-Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email Marketing).
-Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other marketing platforms.
-Proficiency in content creation, social media management, and email marketing tools.
-Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
-Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaigns.
-Knowledge of local market trends in Cambodia is a plus.
-Fluency in English; Khmer language proficiency is an advantage.
