- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners regarding all property
management matters.
- Maintain regular communication with owners on:
Rental performance and occupancy
Maintenance and repair updates
Financial reports, income, and expenses
- Coordinate between internal teams (operations, maintenance, accounting, leasing) and
property owners.
- Handle owner inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Prepare and send quarterly performance reports to owners.
- Assist with contract renewals, management agreements, and documentation.
- Ensure all owner records, contracts, and communication logs are accurately maintained.
- Follow up on approvals from owners for: Maintenance works, Renovations, Tenantrelated decisions
- Attend meetings with owners when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, Communication,
or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer relations, property management, real
estate, or hospitality service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- High level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and owners at the same time.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and property management systems (if
applicable).
- Fluency in English and Khmer is required; other languages are a
