• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for property projects (sales, leasing,
and brand awareness).
• Plan and manage online campaigns across social media and property platforms.
• Ensure marketing content aligns with project positioning and target audience.
• Manage company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn,
YouTube).
• Create and schedule daily/weekly content: posts, reels, stories, and short videos.
• Respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
• Set up and manage paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, property portals).
• Coordinate with design, photography, and video teams for marketing materials.
• Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand identity
• Work closely with sales, leasing, customer relations, and property management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, Business, or related
field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate/property experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
• Basic skills in content creation, graphic design, or video editing are an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English and Khmer.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
