-Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
-Handle confidential information and communications.
-Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
-Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for CEO.
-Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
-Coordinate training sessions and employee onboarding.
-Support employee engagement and retention activities.
-Handle basic HR administrative duties, such as attendance tracking and leave management.
-Ensure smooth office operations and assist with general administrative duties.
-Act as a liaison between different departments and the CEO’s office.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Khmer).
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
-Ability to work independently and in a team.
-Proactive, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
-Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
