-Design and develop lighting concepts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
-Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for lighting design.
-Create detailed lighting plans, including fixture selection, layout, and lighting effects.
-Work closely with architects and other interior designers to integrate lighting seamlessly into the overall design.
-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and energy efficiency standards.
-Source lighting fixtures and technologies, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations.
-Provide recommendations on color schemes, materials, and lighting styles that complement the space.
-Oversee the installation of lighting systems and adjust designs as necessary to meet client expectations.
-Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design concepts and installations.

-Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Lighting Design, Architecture, or a related field.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in interior lighting design, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
-Strong knowledge of lighting systems, energy-efficient solutions, and current industry trends.
-Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
-Knowledge of lighting hardware, electrical systems, and regulations.
-Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, architects, and other designers.
-Fluency in Khmer and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
