• Export Operations Management
o Supervise and coordinate day-to-day export operations and logistics activities.
o Plan, coordinate, and monitor international shipments from order receipt to final delivery.
o Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies.
o Monitor export costs and support cost-optimization initiatives.
• Compliance & Documentation
o Verify export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit documents, customs forms).
o Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs laws, and international trade requirements.
o Maintain accurate export records, reports, and documentation for audits.
• Coordination & Liaison
o Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transporters.
o Coordinate with sales, production, and warehouse teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Leadership & Team Management
o Lead, train, and support junior export/logistics staff.
o Provide guidance to the export team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
o Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Reporting
o Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
o Prepare and submit monthly reports to the General Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and export compliance.
• Knowledge of international markets and shipping routes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics software.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in export logistics or international shipping.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or related field.
