-Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans and palnning meetings -Connected with C. Planning and plant team
-Update and maintain production schedules, WIP reports, and delivery trackers
-Coordinate sample tracking with the QA team and prepare WIP reports for customers
-Bulk Critical Path follow up/ Development TNA alignment with C.Planning team - PPM participation
-Coordinate with production teams to identify risks related to delays, Assist in PO tracking, shipment planning, and handover schedules
-Prepare and circulate planning-related reports for management review
-Ensure planning data accuracy in ERP / planning systems/ WIP Reports

-Basic understanding of production planning and manufacturing processes
-Strong analytical and data-handling skills
-Good coordination and cross-functional communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
-Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
-Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
-Diploma or degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
-1–3 years of experience in planning, production, or supply chain (garment/manufacturing experience preferred)
