-Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
-Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
-Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
-Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client concerns or issues.
-Report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions.
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
-Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor sales or a similar field.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market trends.
-Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
-Fluency in Khmer and English (both spoken and written) is preferred.
-A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
