-Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries via online channels (website, social media, email).
-Identify and pursue new online sales opportunities.
-Promote and sell company products/services through digital platforms.
-Process and track online orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online sales.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
-Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and online market trends.
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
-Minimum 1 year of experience in online sales or e-commerce.
-Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media marketing, and online customer service tools.
-Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage customers effectively online.
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
-Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and content creation is a plus.
-Fluency in Khmer and English (both written and spoken).
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
