- Prepare, review, and submit legal documents related to:
• Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA)
• Re-sale forms
• Power of Attorney (if applicable)
• Land transfer applications
- Coordinate with relevant authorities, including:
• Land Office / Cadastral Office
• General Department of Taxation (GDT)
- Calculate, monitor, and follow up on: Stamp tax, Capital gains tax (if applicable)
- Advise clients on legal procedures, timelines, and risks related to hard title transfers.
- Ensure all parties properly sign and thumbprint required documents in compliance with legal requirements.
- Track processing timelines (typically up to 6 months) and provide regular status updates to clients or management.
- Maintain accurate records and filing of all legal documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agents, and external lawyers/notaries when required.
- Ensure compliance with current laws, regulations, and official guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in property law, land title transfer, or real estate legal work.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
