• Be responsible for review documents (delivery instructions) from the sales department and review documents or make decisions before transferring them
to the documentation section that has received a decision from the department head or/and the head of documentation.
• Pay attention to receiving and providing information from/to all relevant parties, especially providing information to customers to conduct import and export
work effectively and efficiently.
• There must be good collaboration and monitoring of each document work involving the documentation team and the goods release team.
• Checking the status of the document flow at the customs office, ministries, and relevant institutions must be monitored by the documentation team to provide
preliminary information to the goods release team before completing customs procedures at each port.
• Liaising with overseas business partners, shipping lines and airlines for the provision of transport documents (Release DO).
• Must cooperate with truckers or drivers or truck foremen and workers, cargo transportation teams, warehouse teams of the Warehouse and Transportation
Department in delivering goods to customers at their destination and on time as specified.
• Help to find the original price (Costing of Inquiry) of each job for the sales team, which is the customer's requirement.
• Record reports on daily work activities, challenges, criticism from customers or the team, solutions, and important information that is necessary and has
been encountered in the past to the higher-ups in order to develop the company further.

• University Degree: Major in the field of Business Management/ International Business/ Logistics, etc.
• At least 1 year experience in related field is preferable.
• Fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook...).
• Fluent in English and Chinese is prefer (Multi-language is more advantages)
• Understanding of import-export performance metrics.
• Working in logistics / freight forwarding industrial is an advantage.
• Good knowledge about logistics industrial.
• Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
• Ability to organize, analyze work, and solve problems well.
• Able to work under high pressure and responsible.
• Good with figures, responsible, careful, active, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
• Friendly, morality, and high responsible for works.
• Be able to travel to province or abroad.
