•Lead all departments to effectively follow policies, standard operation procedures (SOP) to achieve the most efficient operating model.
•Lead all departments such as Customer Service, Housekeeping and cooperate with Security to achieve targets by implementing effective monitoring and evaluating process and procedure.
•Lead team to develop effective strategies to maximize Management Fee Collection and reduce outstanding fees.
•Foster positive relationships with external investors, including property owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, and government authorities.
•Oversee property management and renovation to meet market requirements.
•Cooperate with centralized Maintenance Department to effectively implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the property portfolio, including inspections, repairs, and renovations.
•Conduct regular spot check and address maintenance and repair issues promptly.
•Effectively Manage staffs on hiring process, performance management, staff development, engagement, and communication.
•Lead the team to develop proper and effective succession plan to ensure the sustainability of the property.
•Set up KPI, and Yearly Training schedule with support from MAM.
•Other Tasks Assigned by The Management.

- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Management, Operations, related fields.
- Minimum 1-year experience operation, maintenance facility preferred.
- Ability work well under tight deadlines deliver effective result.
- Desire learn overcome challenges.
