- Supervise and support the electrical sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, contractors, and partners.
- Promote and sell electrical products such as lighting, cables, switches, and related equipment.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Provide product knowledge and sales training to team members.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to improve sales operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in electrical product sales or a related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of electrical products and the local market in Phnom Penh is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
