- Lead and supervise the architectural design team
- Manage design development from concept to construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and project requirements
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Manage project schedules, design quality, and team performance
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving during project execution
- Support project presentations and client meetings

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of design standards and construction processes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus)
