- Supervise and manage administrative staff and daily office operations
- Ensure smooth office workflow, supplies, and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Maintain company records, documents, and filing systems
- Support HR in attendance tracking, onboarding logistics, and internal coordination
- Monitor admin budgets and control costs effectively
- Implement and improve administrative policies and procedures
- Handle internal communications and support company events/meetings
1. Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in administration, with 1+ year in a supervisory role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
2.Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
3.Other Requirements:
- Familiar with local vendor management and office operations in Phnom Penh
- Positive attitude, reliable, and proactive
