• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team
• Develop new business opportunity (B2B clients, corporate accounts)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client branding and marketing needs, and recommend suitable promotional items
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals with key account customers
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
