• Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B clients, corporate accounts)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Understand client branding and marketing needs, and recommend suitable promotional items
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
• Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor order progress and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in promotional items, printing, advertising, or related industry)
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes
• Experience dealing with corporate clients is an advantage
