- Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, documents)
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital records)
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
- Support logistics for office activities, events, and travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained
- Support HR and finance tasks when required (attendance, invoices, etc.)
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
