- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front office operations
- Supervise reception team and ensure high-quality customer service
- Handle guest/client inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Ensure smooth check-in/check-out or visitor handling processes
- Maintain front office records, reports, and systems
- Train and support front office staff to meet service standards
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations
- Act as Front Office Manager in their absence
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in front office or customer service roles
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory position
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office and front office systems
- Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure
