- Lead and manage all student affairs functions and services
- Develop and implement student policies, programs, and activities
- Oversee student support services (counseling, discipline, welfare, engagement)
- Handle student issues, complaints, and disciplinary cases professionally
- Promote a positive student experience and campus environment
- Coordinate with academic departments, parents, and external partners
- Manage student events, clubs, and extracurricular activities
- Supervise and develop student affairs staff
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and local education regulation
- Master’s degree in Education, Management, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in student affairs, education, or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English
- Experience in handling student counseling and disciplinary matters
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and student-centered mindset
