- Lead and manage field force teams to ensure effective execution of sales and distribution strategies.
- Monitor daily field operations, including coverage, productivity, and performance of field staff.
- Develop and implement plans to improve market penetration and customer engagement.
- Analyze field data and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards in the field.
- Can speak Khmer and Chinese
- Have Management experience
