• Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to assigned customers (shops, distributors, clinics, etc.)
• Promote and sell company baby products (e.g., diapers, feeding bottles, baby care items)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail locations
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with clients to ensure product availability
• Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, and customer preferences
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to supervisor
• Handle basic customer issues and follow up on payments if required

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (baby products experience is a plus)
• Has experience in modern trade and general trade
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel frequently
• Good knowledge of local market and retail network
• Basic reporting and smartphone usage skills
• Must own a motorbike and have a valid driving license (if applicable)
• Frequent travel within assigned territory
• May require weekend or flexible working hours


Working Hours: 8am-5pm (Mon-Sat)
Salary $350-$400
