- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Set sales targets and track team performance (KPIs)
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to support sales activities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities in Phnom Penh
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven with strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good command of Khmer and English
- Knowledge of Phnom Penh market is an advantage
