- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Supervise HR staff and ensure efficient workflow and compliance
- Implement HR policies and ensure alignment with Cambodian labor law
- Manage performance review processes and employee development initiatives
- Handle employee issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and attendance management
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
- Fluent in English and Khmer
