- Design garden layouts and landscaping concepts
- Select suitable plants, trees, and materials based on climate
- Supervise garden installation and maintenance
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Experience in gardening, landscaping, or related field
- Knowledge of tropical plants and local climate in Cambodia
- Creative thinking and design skills
- Basic drawing or design software skills (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple projects
