- Lead end-to-end e-commerce projects, including website launches, platform upgrades, and campaign rollouts
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, IT, operations, logistics) to ensure project alignment and timely delivery
- Manage e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or custom systems)
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Monitor website performance, user experience, and conversion rates; recommend improvements
- Coordinate with external vendors, developers, and agencies when needed
- Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to inform decision-making
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices
1. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital project management, or related roles
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms and digital tools
2. Skills & Competencies:
- Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies)
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, UX/UI, and digital marketing
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics or similar
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
3. Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and online marketing strategies
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
4. Language:
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Khmer language proficiency is required
